HOW DELIVERY WORKS

your DermaLift™ order.
1. Order Processing
As soon as your order is placed, our fulfilment team begins preparing it for dispatch.
Every DermaLift™ is carefully checked, packed and prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing time: 1–2 working days.
2. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre, we’ll send you an email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking number.
You’ll be able to follow every stage of your delivery online.
Please note: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
3. Fast & Secure Delivery
To provide the quickest possible service, orders are dispatched from either our UK warehouse or one of our European fulfilment centres, depending on stock availability.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure every parcel is fully tracked and delivered securely.
