Shipping Policy
At DermaLift™, every UK order includes free tracked delivery.
Delivery Times
Your order may be dispatched from our local UK stock or an international fulfilment centre, depending on product availability at the time your order is placed.
Local UK Stock: 1–3 working days
International Stock: 5–12 working days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Stock Availability
The fulfilment location for your order is selected automatically based on current stock availability.
No action is required from you. The location your order is dispatched from does not affect your product guarantee, warranty or access to DermaLift™ Customer Support.
Delivery Delays
Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruption, severe weather, high order volumes, bank holidays or international processing.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information before contacting us.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
To request a change, contact us immediately at contact@dermalift.uk.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
Around your property or designated safe place
With other members of your household
With nearby neighbours
Any delivery photograph or courier notification
If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
