Is DermaLift™ painful to use?
DermaLift™ is designed to provide a comfortable at-home facial experience.
Depending on the selected mode, you may feel gentle pulses, vibration or warmth during use.
Start on a lower setting and gradually adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.
Stop using the device if you experience unexpected pain or irritation.
Can I use DermaLift™ at home?

How often should I use it?

How do I use DermaLift™?
Using DermaLift™ is simple:
Cleanse your skin.
Apply a thin layer of conductive gel.
Select LIFT, TIGHTEN or INFUSE Mode.
Glide the device slowly across the skin using upward movements.
Complete your routine with your preferred skincare products.
Why is conductive gel included?
The conductive gel helps the device glide comfortably across your skin and maintain proper contact during use.
Apply a thin, even layer to the treatment area before starting your routine.
Can I use DermaLift™ with my favourite skincare products?
DermaLift™ can be incorporated into most skincare routines.
Use the conductive gel during the device treatment, then apply your preferred serum or moisturiser afterwards.
Avoid using products that cause irritation, and always follow the instructions supplied with the device and your skincare products.
When will I notice a difference?

Can I use it around my eyes?
DermaLift™ may be used only on the facial areas approved in the User Guide.
Do not use the device directly on the eyelids, inside the eye area or on any area not recommended in the instructions.
Always use gentle movements around delicate areas.
Is DermaLift™ suitable for everyone?
DermaLift™ is designed for adult cosmetic use, but it may not be suitable for every person or circumstance.
Read all safety instructions and contraindications before use.
Do not use the device on broken, irritated or infected skin. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, an implanted electronic device, are pregnant or are receiving treatment that may affect your skin.
Does it need to be charged?
Yes. DermaLift™ is rechargeable and includes a USB charging cable.
Charge the device fully before your first use and follow the charging instructions in the User Guide.

How long does delivery take?
Every UK order includes free tracked delivery.
Local UK stock: 1–3 working days
International stock: 5–12 working days
Your fulfilment location depends on stock availability when your order is placed.
You will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Every DermaLift™ device is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Returns remain subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Does DermaLift™ include a warranty?
Yes. Your DermaLift™ device includes a 2-Year Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and exclusions.
The warranty does not normally cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the User Guide.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.
We do not directly receive or store your complete card details.
