Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from DermaLift™.
Every DermaLift™ device is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, alongside your rights under UK consumer law.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
You are welcome to try DermaLift™ carefully and as instructed during this period. If it is not right for you, contact our Customer Support Team to begin your return.
To qualify under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return the device, charging cable and included accessories.
Use the product only as instructed.
Return the product without accidental damage, misuse or unauthorised modification.
Provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase.
Reasonable use of the conductive gel during your trial will not invalidate your guarantee.
How To Request a Return
Email contact@dermalift.uk with:
Your full name
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The reason for your return
Photographs or a short video if the product is damaged or faulty
Our team will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
Please do not send your order to our registered office unless our Customer Support Team has confirmed this in writing.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For online purchases, you may also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the order within the following 14 days.
You are responsible for the return delivery cost when returning a product because you have changed your mind or under our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us promptly if your product:
Arrives damaged
Is faulty
Is missing an item
Is different from the product ordered
Does not match its description
Please include clear photographs or a short video showing the issue where possible.
If the product is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Where a return is required because of our error or a product fault, we will cover the reasonable return delivery cost or provide return instructions at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy or our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products should include all supplied components and accessories.
Please use suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible but is not required for you to exercise your statutory rights.
We may reduce a refund where a product has been handled more than reasonably necessary to inspect or try it, or where damage has been caused by misuse, poor packaging, accidental damage or unauthorised modification.
No deduction will be made where a product is being returned because it was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Return Delivery Responsibility
You remain responsible for a change-of-mind return until it reaches the return address provided by our team.
We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit where a tracked and suitably protected return method was not used.
Do not send returns without first contacting us, as this may delay or prevent us from identifying your parcel.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you with an update.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or valid evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account. These processing times are outside our control.
Where delivery was charged, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option when required by law. Additional charges for premium or express delivery are not refundable unless the order was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Orders Not Yet Dispatched
To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at contact@dermalift.uk.
We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has begun.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to receive it and follow the return instructions above.
Refusing a delivery does not automatically complete a cancellation or guarantee that the parcel will be returned safely to us.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct change-of-mind exchanges.
You may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied products may be replaced where appropriate.
Returns We Cannot Accept
Our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not cover:
Products returned outside the guarantee period
Products purchased from an unauthorised third-party seller
Deliberate or accidental damage
Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the User Guide
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Products returned without sufficient information to identify the order
Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect the product’s operation
These exclusions do not limit any statutory rights you may have regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
