These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit the DermaLift™ website or purchase a product from us.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Products and Orders

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if:

• The product is unavailable

• Payment cannot be authorised

• The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect

• We identify suspected fraud or misuse

• A clear pricing or website error has occurred

Prices and Payment

The price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for your order.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your complete card details.

Delivery

All UK orders include free tracked delivery.

Depending on stock availability, your order may be dispatched from:

• Local UK stock: 1–3 working days

• International stock: 5–12 working days

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, bank holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

Every DermaLift™ device is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To request a return, contact contact@dermalift.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for the return delivery cost.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Two-Year Warranty

DermaLift™ devices include a 2-Year Warranty covering manufacturing faults, subject to inspection and proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Misuse or improper storage

• Normal cosmetic wear

• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

• Damage caused by failing to follow the User Guide

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Using DermaLift™

DermaLift™ is a cosmetic beauty device intended for adult at-home use.

Always read and follow the supplied User Guide, safety instructions and contraindications before use.

Do not use the device on broken, irritated or infected skin. Stop using it if you experience unexpected pain or irritation.

DermaLift™ does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or guaranteed results. Individual cosmetic results may vary.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Apply only during the stated promotional period

• Cannot normally be exchanged for cash

• Cannot normally be combined unless clearly stated

• May be limited to one use per customer or order

We may change or withdraw an offer before an order is placed. This will not affect orders already accepted.

Website Use

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully

• Attempt to access restricted areas or systems

• Introduce viruses or harmful technology

• Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission

• Place fraudulent orders

• Misuse promotions, reviews or discount codes

We may restrict access or cancel orders where misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Intellectual Property

The DermaLift™ name, branding, product copy, images, graphics and website content belong to us or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Misuse of the product

• Failure to follow the User Guide

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Events outside our reasonable control

• Use of the product for business or commercial purposes

These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and Cookies

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our products, services or legal obligations change.

The terms applying to your order will be those published when the order was placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights available to consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
